Junior Coach Opportunity – Aberdeen Rays Swim Team
Are you passionate about swimming and enjoy working with younger teammates? We're looking for enthusiastic, responsible swimmers to join us as Junior Coaches this summer!
Requirements:
- Must be an active member of the Aberdeen Rays Swim Team.
- At least 13 years old before your first coaching shift.
- Have a solid understanding of competitive swimming.
- Enjoy working with a variety of swimmers and skill levels.
- Love working with kids and helping them grow.
- Able to create a fun, positive, and encouraging practice environment.
